How much to use:
Just add 2-3 tablespoons for a family meal, taste and add more if you wish.
Cooking with Belicious Masala
Use your creativity to design your own dishes, or you may want to follow some guidelines;
Sauteé onion, add your veggies, protein and masala, then choose your sauce base.
You may prefer:
a) Creamy and milky: (coconut milk, bechame, yogurt)
b) Tangy (Tomato, Mango, Capsicum, etc)
Cook until done
Bakes / Stir fries / Slow cooking / Bakes:
Just add masala while doing your normal cooking
Marinate diced veggies with masala, lime, coconut yogurt and cashew cheese for a few hours until soft
Each Jar makes approx. 8 family meals.
