Start with a recommended short steaming sessions, in case you are specifically want to reset the microbiome please contact me to a personalised blend. Please note after steaming the tea can also be used as an external herbal wash - which I recommend so nothing go wasted.   

Place one hempouchTM into a pot of boiling water to inhale under a towel face exposed to the botanical steam in its full glory. OR add the hempouchTM to your bath to release the botanical essence by squeezing. Relax and steam for 15 to 20 minutes. Once you're done, pop your used hemp pockets in the compost, they are biodegradable!
