Sterling silver and shibuichi spheres ring

This statement ring is a size L. The band is 2 mm round sterling silver whilst the 22 mm disc is made from shibuichi that has been heat treated to reticulate the silver and provide texture reminiscent of the landscape. Shibuichi is a Japanese alloy of silver and copper and was traditionally used in the making of katana (Japanese swords). Atop the shibuichi disc sit three sterling silver spheres.
