Our Story
Our story begain in early 2020, at a time where global unrest was at its peak, many small business owners found themselves without an avenue to sell their products. Lockdown restrictions made it impossible to sell their handmade wares at local markets and some artisans had no online presence to fall back on. However, as the world was shutting down, we were just getting started.
From humble beginnings as just an idea, Sydney Artisan Collective is now a wonderful community. Lifelong friendships have been formed and businesses have flourished.
While the number of vendors selling online with us is rapidly increasing, the selection process remains rigorous. The sole purpose of the website is to showcase products made by Australian-based artisans who are intimately involved with the design and manufacturing process.

OUR MISSION
To provide an online platform for customers to browse through Australia's best handmade products, all in one place. For those who love to browse the markets in other states, they can now do so under Artisan Collective Australia. In addition to providing customers with a beautiful online market, we also strive to help small businesses develop an online presence and sell their creations online.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
We support sustainable, ethical and slow-made practices. Each product is carefully selected for it's individuality. Artisan Collective Australia promotes "made in Australia" because we know it's not the easy option nor is it cost-effective to keep production in Australia, our makers do what they do from pure joy and passion. They pour their heart and souls into each item and we believe this should be celebrated and seen.
