Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you did not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder.

Please note, due to Covid-19, Australia Post and other courier companies are experiencing delays which are outside of our control.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer Free Shipping Australia wide.

Due to the nature of our website, if you purchase from different makers, your items may be delivered separately. Artisan Collective Australia is a platform where many makers use to sell their goods, each brand is responsible for shipping the items to the recipient within the 7 business day timeframe.

Some of our brands may offer in-store pickup or drop off. This will be specified on the seller's profile page and within the product description.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@artisancollectiveaustralia.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you are able to give us a residential address, please do so.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Due to the nature of our website, each brand will have their own refunds, returns and exchanges policy which is highlighted in their profiles.
