How to use: The Indian Spiced Rice Salad kit comes with a recipe cashew, mint, sultana salad.
This is an easy kit as you are just having to cook rice.
Place all the contents of the Not Without Spice Indian Spiced Rice Kit into a saucepan (one with a lid). Add 3 cups water. Bring rice to the boil, uncovered, at medium heat. When boiling, turn the heat down to medium low. Place lid on pot, keeping it boiling, turn the heat down to medium low. Place lid on pot, keeping it tilted to allow steam to escape. Turn heat to low. Simmer for another 15 minutes (or so.) Fluff up rice and cool.
Ingredients: Rice, cinnamon, cardamon, cumin, coriander, turmeric and chilli.

Storage & Shelf Life: You can storage packet in the cupboard. Cooked quinoa can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. The quinoa has 12 month shelf life, check label for more details.
