Sterling silver and shibuichi ring

Shibuichi disc set atop a sterling silver band makes this ring simple and elegant. Shibuichi is an alloy of silver and copper traditionally used in the making of katana (Japanese swords). The surface has been heat treated to reticulate the silver and provide texture reminiscent of the landscape.

The ring is a size M. The disc is 18 mm in diameter and the band is 1 mm thick and 6 mm wide.
