What paper do you print on?
All of our prints are professionally printed on a 230gsm white matte finish fine art paper. All of our photo-quality giclee printing is done with archival inks designed to be resistant to weathering and fading. That also means your print will have beautifully rich, vibrant colours and deep blacks.

A3 (29.7 x 42cm | 11.7 x 16.5 in)

We can also alter print sizes to fit your own frame. Please contact us prior to ordering.
Do you offer framed prints?
Yes. When you place your order you will have the option of framing it. Our frames are available in: Natural (Oak look), white and black.
What kind of frames do you use?
Our frames are decorator-quality frames made of engineered sustainable plantation timber. Front panels are made of 2mm clear glass.
How much is shipping?
We currently offer FREE SHIPPING anywhere in Australia.
Do I receive a tracking number # once I place an order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking details.
Can I change or edit the shipping details after I’ve placed my order?
Your order usually goes into production immediately after it’s been placed. Sometimes it could be hard to make changes. If you believe you’ve made a mistake with your order, please e-mail us immediately so we can try to help!
How long does delivery take?
Unframed print orders are shipped within 3 business days.
- Frame print orders are shipped within 3-7 business days.
- Delivery for metro areas should take 3-5 days. Other areas could take up to 10 days from dispatch.
* Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions, deliveries may take an extra 7 days to reach you.
How is my order packaged?
We want the unboxing experience for your customer to be exciting and pleasing. We take great care and pride in packing our frames to ensure they arrive safely, and well presented.
All packaging materials used are 100% recyclable and air pillow plastic insert is kept to a minimal level.
Depending on your order, your prints will be packaged as below:
Unframed prints
A4 and A3 prints – Flat packed in protective sleeve inserted into rigid mailer box.
A2 and larger prints – Rolled into recycled brown paper and mailed inside heavy duty cardboard tube.
Framed prints Padded and packaged into heavy-duty cardboard boxes with premium 8mm thick twin wall corrugate and are specially designed to withstand rigorous handling during shipping.
