Coconut Mint Tea (Drink in the morning)
A velvety blend of real coconut flakes, peppermint, cacao nibs, calendula petals and licorice root.
We recommend starting your day with this tea as it's gentle on the stomach and an excellent soothing blend to start the day. The velvety texture feels comforting and grounding.
Relaxation Tea (Drink for afternoon tea)
A natural herbal and floral blend of chamomile, rose, valerian root and a dash of gentle peppermint. The herbs selected act to gently calm the body and mind as you start to wind down towards evening.
Sleeptime Tea (Drink in the evening after dinner)
A deeply relaxing tea with herbs designed to calm the body and mind in preparation for sleep. Chamomile, peppermint, corn flowers, valerian root and a touch of sweet licorice root and vanilla work together to produce a calming effect.
Tea routine recommendation:
AM: Coconut Mint: 2 tsp to 200mL cup (using gold spoon provided), 100° C water temperature, 4 minute infusion (can re-use tea leaves)
DAY: Relaxation Tea: 2 tsp to 200mL cup (using gold spoon provided), 100° C water temperature, 4 minute infusion
PM: Sleeptime Tea: 2 tsp to 200mL cup (using gold spoon provided), 100° C water temperature, 4 minute infusion
