How to use: Chicken Spice Rub - Dry rub over a whole chicken roast until cooked
Pork Spice Rub - Dry rub over pork chops and bbq
Lamb Spice Rub - Dry Rub over lamb grillers
Beef Spice Rub - Dry rub over steak and bbq grill it.
Each of these rubs can be rubbed, shaked or sprinkled over meats for barbecuing. Add a little or a lot on the spice can be rubbed on the meat. We usually use about 3 tablespoons for a 1 kg on chosen meat. Pat down the meat with paper towel, then dry rub all over the meat, both sides. Now warm up the Barbie and drizzle oil on to warm up. Then place the meat on the barbie and grill until cooked. Serve with one of our salad kits.
Ingredients: Chicken Spice Rub: sweet paprika, basil, thyme , garlic, coriander, cumin, curry powder
Beef Spice Rub: coriander, oregano, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic, pepper, cayenne.
Lamb Spice Rub: Cumin, Sumac, Coriander, Garlic, Onion and Oregano.
Pork Spice Rub: Smoked paprika, mustard, garlic and onion.
